A second exterior space can be added to your lease for a $200 charge, which is owned by the owner. Parking spots cannot be switched. Tenants are responsible for bringing their own towels and linens. The pool is not a guaranteed amenity. Rentals in the Spinnaker building can not be less than 7 days per the Spinnaker association.
