Ample space to gather with multiple families and/or groups, the house sleeps up to sixteen people. Located at 47th and Central, diagonal to the SIC library, the driveway faces Central Ave, and provides 2 to 3 spaces of offstreet parking. As you enter the first floor, to your left is the recreation room furnished with comfy oversized couches, a Smart TV, great space for the teens to hang, movie night for the little ones, or sports fans to gather around the XL TV! Opposite of the this room, is the large well lit bunk bed room, sleeps up to 6! Bunk beds with twin over twin and twin over full over full trundle. The bunk room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom that takes you over to another bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and private door to the bathroom. There is a small half bath at the back of the hallway on this floor along with the washer and dryer. Heading up the first set of stairs, takes you to the other 4 bedrooms. The two front bedrooms are master suites, both with queen size beds, private full bathrooms, closet, and both have private decks accessible via sliding doors that open up to seating for two, great people watching while sipping on coffee in the morning or if you need a quiet space to be alone, it is a lovely spot. At the back of the house, there are two more bedrooms. Both rooms have a closet, dresser, and queen sized beds, and share a full bathroom. The 2nd set of stairs takes you to the main living space where you find a delightful bright open concept that connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Both sides as you see in the pictures have oversized sliders that open up to the deck. The chefs kitchen has all high end kitchenware, utensils, and appliances. Plenty of seating on this floor for your entire group! 8 chairs at the dining room table, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, extra ladder back chairs with a foldable table that can function as a card table, dining table, or even a work desk. Large cozy sofas and chairs, inside and on the deck. A gas grill that never needs to be filled, with a timer to shut off in case you forget! The view to your left is towards the bay and to your right is the ocean. Garage contains toys, beach games, beach chairs, wagon, and a private, well-lit outdoor shower located at the back side of the garage. You will no doubt fall in love with this newly built home!
